• Honest: The leader always says the truth
• Competent:
• Inspiring :A leader should inspire people to move them to the goal
• Set goals/ vision of future : The leader should know how to set real and high goals
• Fair minded/ Fair treatment : A leader always is fair to have the support of his or her people
• Straight forward : An effective leader continues forward no matter the cost
• Intelligent, imaginative: To guide well a leader should guide with intelligence being creative
