• Authoritan: A leader that doesn't hear the opinion of the people being guided and acts as he wants.
• Democratic: A leader that cares of the opinion of guided people and acts as his or her group wiches.
• Laissez-faire: A leader that doesn't care of the opinion of the group.

• Instrumental: Task oriented; completation task
• Expressive: People oriented; well-being

• Courageus: The leader goes for what he wants
• Honest: The leader always says the truth
• Competent:
• Inspiring :A leader should inspire people to move them to the goal
• Set goals/ vision of future : The leader should know how to set real and high goals
• Fair minded/ Fair treatment : A leader always is fair to have the support of his or her people
• Straight forward : An effective leader continues forward no matter the cost
• Intelligent, imaginative: To guide well a leader should guide with intelligence being creative
